El presente decreto deroga a partir del 1º de julio de 2001 las siguientes disposiciones: El inciso segundo del literal b) del artículo 11, el literal f) del artículo 32, el literal f) del artículo 40, el literal c) del artículo 58, el inciso tercero del artículo 115, los numerales 2.1, 2.3 y 2.4 del artículo 502 y el inciso final del artículo 504 del Decreto 2685 de 1999. A partir del 1º de enero de 2002 se derogan los artículos 19, 20 y los numerales 1.3, 1.4 y 1.5 del artículo 21 del Decreto 1198 del 29 de junio de 2000.
