Articulo 11 . Los grupos precooperativos constituidos o que se constituyan con el propósito de llegar a ser cooperativas de trabajo asociado o de producción comunitaria, deberán acogerse al espíritu y disposiciones del presente Decreto, sin afectar su carácter experimental.
