º. Modificación del artículo 34 del Decreto 975 de 2004, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 34. Lugar de postulación. Para los subsidios otorgados por el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda las postulaciones deberán realizarse en el departamento en donde se aplicará el subsidio, los hogares afiliados a cajas de compensación familiar deberán realizar la postulación en la Caja a la cual, se encuentran afiliados, la asignación se efectuará para que el subsidio sea aplicado en cualquier municipio del país".
