Desaparecimiento de incapacidad. Si al practicarse los exámenes anuales de comprobación se encontrare que la incapacidad de un Agente pensionado por invalidez ha desaparecido, el médico respectivo debe dar aviso inmediato al jefe de medicina laboral de la División de Sanidad de la Policía Nacional.
