° Sociedades de economía mixta, departamentos y municipios. Las sociedades de economía mixta, los departamentos y municipios y las entidades descentralizadas del orden regional podrán afiliarse al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, previa aprobación, en cada caso, de la junta directiva de éste. Los afiliados de que trata el presente artículo deberán cumplir las obligaciones que este decreto señala para establecimientos públicos y empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado.
