Mientras el Ministerio de Educación Nacional dicta los nuevos programas y el Régimen de las Escuelas Normales continuarán en vigencia, además de las disposiciones pertinentes de carácter general que no sean contrarias al presente Decreto, todas las normas reglamentarias sobre funcionamiento y organización de la enseñanza dictadas para tales establecimientos.
