Pérdida del alivio. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones a· que haya lugar en las disposiciones normativas, cuando se evidencie que quien pretende acceder o haya accedido irregular o fraudulentamente a los beneficios. establecidos en este programa, habrá lugar a: i) Rechazar la solicitud de forma automática en caso de evidenciarse esta situación antes de aprobar el alivio o efectuar el desembolso, y, ii) Requerir al beneficiario para: que reintegre los recursos transferidos, en caso de haberse realizado el desembolso correspondiente, so pena de iniciar las acciones a que haya lugar.
