El Inurbe continuará cumpliendo con relación a la cartera hipotecaria de vivienda las atribuciones de que trata el artículo 96 de la Ley 9º de 1989 modificada por el artículo 6º de la Ley 2º de 1991 para lo cual informará oportunamente al Director de la Unidad, las decisiones que al respecto se adopten para los fines pertinentes.
