º. El Comité Técnico se reunirá por solicitud de cualquiera de sus miembros, mediante convocatoria de la Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Comisión Colombiana del Espacio.

Parágrafo

En tanto la Comisión Colombiana del Espacio aprueba el reglamento del Comité Técnico, este se reunirá válidamente cuando concurran la mitad más uno de sus miembros y adoptará sus recomendaciones por la mayoría simple de los miembros presentes.
