° Declárense libres de derechos de importación, desde la misma fecha 1.° de Julio, el cacao y demás productos naturales procedentes de Venezuela que se introduzcan al país por la Aduana de Cúcuta. Antes de Octubre del año pasado los Departamentos hacían el gasto de material de las oficinas del Poder Judicial, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 1885 de 1907, publicado en el Diario Oficial número 12803.
