El auto por medio el cual se decrete la rehabilitación será inscrito en el registro mercantil.
La rehabilitación del quebrado pondrá fin a todas las inhabilidades e interdicciones ajenas a la quiebra y será decretada por el juez que haya conocido del proceso a solicitud del mismo quebrado, por los trámites de incidente.
