Planeación E Identificación De Prioridades De La Infraestructura De Transporte

Ley 105 de 1993 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones básicas sobre el transporte, se redistribuyen competencias y recursos entre la Nación y las Entidades Territoriales, se reglamenta la planeación en el sector transporte y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Corresponde al Ministerio de Transporte, a las entidades del orden nacional con responsabilidad en la infraestructura de transporte y a las entidades territoriales, la planeación de su respectiva infraestructura de transporte, determinando las prioridades para su conservación y construcción.

Para estos efectos, la Nación y las entidades territoriales harán las apropiaciones presupuestales con recursos propios y con aquellos que determine esta Ley.
