Extiéndase a los Municipios referidos en los artículos 1° y 2° de la Ley 89 de 1936 la facultad conferida al de Bogotá, por medio del ordinal d) del artículo 1° de la Ley 195 de 1936 , sin perjuicio de la reglamentación de carácter general que posteriormente haga el Congreso.
