Al menos la mitad de los nombramientos que para las categorías de segundos o terceros secretarios se produzcan durante la vigencia de la lista de elegibles, deberá hacerse con personas pertenecientes a ella.. El nombramiento se hará en período prueba, dentro de la Planta Interna del Ministerio. La duración del período de prueba será de un año.
