Toca, asimismo, al Ministerio de Educación distribuir el trabajo entre los Jurados y tomar las medidas tendientes a que se mantenga la reserva de los temas de examen hasta el momento en que éste se verifique y también a que tales exámenes tengan lugar de manera correcta e imparcial.
