Obtenido el aviso para iniciar las operaciones, los fundadores de la cooperativa deberán convocar a la primera Asamblea General dentro de los quince días siguientes. Esta asamblea deberá nombrar el primer consejo de administración y demás funcionarios y aprobar o improbar las gestiones de los fundadores o de la junta provisional, así como el valor atribuido a cualesquiera títulos, efectos, bienes muebles o inmuebles con que uno o más socios hubieren contribuido a la formación de la sociedad, todo ello en conformidad con el artículo 44 de la Ley 0134 de 1931.
