Por El Tiempo Que Dure La Ausencia Del Presidente De La República, En Razón Del Viaje A Que Se Refieren Los Considerandos Del Presente Decreto, Deléganse En El Ministro De Justicia Y De Derecho, Doctor Andrés González Díaz, Las Funciones Constitucionales Correspondientes A Los Asuntos Previstos En Las Siguientes Disposiciones: 1

Por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República, en razón del viaje a que se refieren los considerandos del presente Decreto, deléganse en el Ministro de Justicia y de Derecho, doctor Andrés González Díaz, las funciones constitucionales correspondientes a los asuntos previstos en las siguientes disposiciones

Artículos 129, 189, con excepción de lo previsto en el numeral 2º; 304 y 314

Artículo 150, ordinal 10, en cuanto se refiere al ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias concedidas al Presidente de la República.

Artículos 200 y 201.

Artículos 212, 213, 214 y 215.
