El Presidente de la República ejercerá por medio de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios el control de eficiencia y calidad del servicio público de electricidad y el control, inspección y vigilancia de las entidades que prestan el servicio público de electricidad, en los términos previstos en la ley.
