El texto del artículo 319 del Capítulo 34 del Ministerio de Hacienda, quedará así:

Para pagar al Municipio de Barbacoas la indemnización de que trata la Ley 234 de 1938 y el Decreto 523 de 1941, en las cuotas correspondientes a los años de 1943, 1944 y 1949, $36.000.
