A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, la Cámara de Comercio de Santa Marta, creada mediante el Decreto número 2288 de 1943 y cuyo nombre fue modificado por el Decreto número 901 de 2013, por el de Cámara de Comercio de Santa Marta por Magdalena, se llamará Cámara de Comercio de Santa Marta para el Magdalena.
