º Los Tribunales Superiores del Distrito Judicial creados por los Decretos 1356 y 1701 de 1964, y por la Ley 19 de 1964, conocerán a partir del 1º de julio de l965, de los recursos de apelación y de hecho y de las consultas en asuntos penales y civiles cuya primera instancia haya correspondido a los Juzgados de Circuito ubicados en el territorio del nuevo Distrito.
