Articulo 40. Se formara quórum en toda reunión del Consejo Directivo por la asistencia de cuatro de sus miembros principales. En caso de excusa o ausencia debidamente comprobada de alguno o algunos de estos, se citara a sus suplentes, quienes entonces contribuirán a la formación del quórum.
