Art. 5. ° Los empleados civiles i políticos de la Union, i también los de los Estados de la misma, tienen el deber de dar cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo federal de los individuos que lleguen a encontrarse entre los casos puntualizados en los artículos 26 i 37 de la citada lei 50 del corriente año, i de las defunciones de los pensionados por el Tesoro nacional, para los efectos legales.
