El otorgamiento del permiso de caza de fomento está condicionado a que el interesado haya obtenido la autorización para la experimentación o para el funcionamiento del zoocriadero o coto de caza y la aprobación de sus instalaciones conforme a lo previsto en el Título IV de este Decreto.
