Recursos de la venta. En caso de venta del banco puente, de la proporción de recursos que corresponda a Fogafín se reembolsarán, en primer lugar, los recursos de que trata el artículo 9.1.4.1.8 del presente decreto y aquellos provenientes de la reserva del seguro de depósitos que se hayan destinado a la constitución y funcionamiento del banco puente; el excedente deberá destinarse a la liquidación de la entidad intervenida.
