Art 3.° Auxíliase con tres mil pesos ($3,000) la construcción de cada una de las iglesias de Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Buga, Chocontá y Cocuy. Auxíliase también con ocho mil pesos ($8,000) la construcción ó reparación de cada una de las Catedrales de las Diócesis de Medellín, Cartagena, Tunja y Popayán.
