Artículo único. A los establecimientos de beneficencia no les comprende la reducción de auxilios ordenada por el artículo 1° del Decreto número 2005 de 1917, pero si la suspensión de pago dispuesta por el artículo 2° del mismo Decreto, cuando se trate de establecimientos de esa clase que no tengan carácter oficial. Queda en estos términos modificado y aclarado el Decreto en referencia.
