Término y vigencia de la concesión. Las concesiones de agua en los términos del presente decreto podrán ser otorgadas hasta por veinte años, su vigencia está condicionada al otorgamiento del crédito para financiar las obras de infraestructura física.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.2.11.5. Término y vigencia de la concesión. Las concesiones de agua en los términos del presente decreto podrán ser otorgadas hasta por veinte años, su vigencia está condicionada al otorgamiento del crédito para financiar las obras de infraestructura física.
