La participación nacional en las concesiones de metales preciosos de aluvión serán del 3% del producto bruto y se liquidará y pagará en especie o en su equivalente en moneda legal colombiana o en dólares a elección del Gobierno. En las explotaciones de minas de metales preciosos de veta no habrá lugar al pago de participación nacional.
