Ministros y Directores de Departamento Administrativo . Constituyen la instancia coordinadora y facilitadora, para lo cual ejercen las siguientes funciones

Conformar y presidir el Comité Sectorial de Desarrollo Administrativo;

Orientar, coordinar, controlar y evaluar la ejecución de las políticas de desarrollo administrativo dentro del respectivo sector, con el apoyo del Comité Técnico Sectorial;

Preparar y divulgar los planes de desarrollo administrativo del sector;

Suministrar al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública la información requerida en materia de Desarrollo Administrativo.
