LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3.1.14.1.27Prohibiciones.

Será aplicable a los fondos de capital privado el artículo 3.1.11.1.1 del presente decreto, salvo los numerales 3, 17 y 18. Tampoco serán aplicables los numerales 4, en cuanto se refiere a la contratación de un gestor profesional y, 11 y 19, siempre y cuando el comité de vigilancia lo haya autorizado, de conformidad con el numeral 4 del artículo 3.1.14.1.24 del presente decreto.
