Cada Doble Página Corresponderá A La Matrícula De Una Mina Sin Perjuicio De Pasar A Otra U Otras Cuando La Primera Se Termine, Y Contendrá Las Siguientes Especificaciones: A) Encabezamiento

Cada doble página corresponderá a la matrícula de una mina sin perjuicio de pasar a otra u otras cuando la primera se termine, y contendrá las siguientes especificaciones

a)

Encabezamiento. 1° Nombre de la mina. 2° Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría especial y municipio o municipios de la ubicación de la mina. 3° Su especie, naturaleza y cabida. 4° Entidad adjudicataria, fecha de adjudicación, número del título y nombre del adjudicatario. 5° Lugar, oficina y fecha de registro del título. 6° Número de orden de la matrícula. 7° Fecha de la matrícula. 8° Persona o entidad a cuyo favor se expide el certificado de matrícula. 9° Registro catastral minero correspondiente.

b)

Columnas. 1° Determinación de la mina. 2° Historia cronológica de la propiedad. 3° Informes varios. 4° Traslaciones de dominio. 5° Gravámenes. 6° Otros contratos. 7° Impuestos. 8° Exploración y explotación. 9° Situación Jurídica. 10. Observaciones.
