Las personas que ya se hubieren acogido al Decreto 328 de 1958 y que hubieren obtenido la suspensión de las acciones penales de que habla el mencionado Decreto, continuaran gozando de tal beneficio mientras crunolar las condiciones fijadas en él, si han observado buena conducta a partir del 15 de octubre último.
