El Artículo 293 De La Ley 79 De 1931, Quedará Así: Estarán Libres De Derechos De Importación Las Prendas Personales Y El Menaje Doméstico Pertenecientes A Extranjeros Que Lleguen Al País A Establecerse Permanentemente En Él, Y A Colombianos, Domiciliados En El País Que Regresen Después De Una Ausencia Temporal No Menor De Un (1) Año Continuo E Interrumpido En El Exterior, Sin Haber Desempeñado Cargo Diplomático O Consular De La República

º El artículo 293 de la Ley 79 de 1931, quedará así: Estarán libres de derechos de importación las prendas personales y el menaje doméstico pertenecientes a extranjeros que lleguen al país a establecerse permanentemente en él, y a colombianos, domiciliados en el país que regresen después de una ausencia temporal no menor de un (1) año continuo e interrumpido en el exterior, sin haber desempeñado cargo diplomático o consular de la República.

Parágrafo

La dirección General de Aduanas establecerá la lista de artículos que forman un menaje doméstico.
