Objeto. El presente capitulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el parágrafo del artículo 14 de la Ley 2365 de 2024, en lo relacionado con la multa a imponer por incurrir en despido efectuado en el trámite de un proceso por acoso sexual en el contexto laboral y/o dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la interposición de la queja, atendiendo a los criterios de razonabilidad de acuerdo con el tamaño de la empresa y a fin de garantizar la protección efectiva de la ciudadanía y promover un entorno laboral libre de violencias.
