La censura escrita de carácter público consiste en el llamado de atención por escrito que se hace al profesional de psicología por la falta cometida, dando a conocer la decisión sancionatoria al Tribunal Nacional Bioético de Psicología y a los otros Tribunales departamentales. Copia de esta amonestación pasará a la hoja de vida del profesional.
