amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 29 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 29. Para obtener licencia de conducción de automóviles de servicio público, se requiere:

Edad mínima de veinte (20) años.

Capacitación específica en el SENA o en las entidades habilitadas para el efecto.

Conocimientos de mecánica.
