Salvo las excepciones previstas en este artículo, las exportaciones de San Andrés y Providencia estarán sujetas a las normas generales que rigen para el resto del territorio nacional. Si se trata de productos originarios de las Islas o de artículos transformados o manufacturados en el territorio intendencial, las divisas provenientes de tales exportaciones se reintegran al Banco de la República a la tasa de cambio del mercado de capitales.
