Las libranzas para premios mensuales y anuales, y para la adquisición de medallas honoríficas, no se pagarán sino con el fondo común de reserva destinado especialmente á ello y á la composición del instrumental. Cuando faltaren fondos en la mencionada Caja, las libranzas se reservarán para cubrirlas cuando dicha Caja lo permita.
