Artículo decimocuarto . Los extranjeros poseedores de cedula de extranjería, clase Residente, podrán obtener visa ordinaria de regreso a Colombia, previa solicitud ante el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y estarán exentos del lleno de los requisitos estipulados en el Artículo duodécimo de este Decreto.
