Toda mercancía que como queda dicho se exportare o reexportare para su reparación o uso en el Exterior, se marcará, o de sus características permanente se dejará constancia en forma tal que al reimportarla se pueda establecer su identificación sin lugar a duda, y de todo ello se dejará constancia clara en la aduana por donde se haga la exportación o reexportación antes que la mercancía salga del país.
