Art. 1.° El Ministerio público de la Union se ejerce por la Cámara de Representantes, por el Procurador jeneral de la Nación, por los Procuradores de Distrito nacional, por los Procuradores de los Estados i Fiscales o Ajentes del Ministerio público establecidos por la lejislacion de cada Estado, i por los Fiscales de los Territorio nacionales.
