El Estado Mayor de cada División tendrá los siguientes empleados: un General, Comandante general; un General ó Coronel, Jefe de Estado Mayor; un General, Inspector; un Auditor de Guerra y un Secretario de éste; un Ayudante general de la clase de Coronel ó Teniente Coronel; un Sargento Mayor Secretario; dos Adjuntos, Capitán y Teniente ó Subteniente; un Cabo 1º Corneta de órdenes y dos soldados ordenanzas.
