Autorizase al Gobierno para realizar en el Presupuesto de la actual vigencia los traslados necesarios a fin de atender el pronto pago del auxilio que decreta la presente Ley, auxilio que será entregado al Municipio de Neiva y deberá ser invertido bajo la supervigilancia de la Contraloría General de la República.
