La institución competente deberá pagar el valor de las prestaciones en servicio y en especie que sean concedidas en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º a la institución que las hubiere suministrado. El procedimiento de cálculo del valor de las prestaciones y el sistema, de pago deberán ser establecidos en el reglamento. Las partes interesadas podrán convenir en otro procedimiento o sistema con aprobación del Comité Administrador.
