Artículo cuarto . Créanse veintiocho (28) nuevos Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal, del número 173 al 200, inclusive, incorporados al Cuerpo Auxiliar de la Rama Jurisdiccional, con una asignación mensual para los Jueces de un mil doscientos pesos ($ 1.200.00). Cada uno de estos Juzgados tendrá un Secretario, con una asignación mensual de seiscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 650.00).
