ARTICULO 379 . Remisión de la persona capturada . El capturado mediante orden escrita será puesto inmediata y directamente a disposición del funcionario judicial que ordenó la aprehensión. Si no es posible, se pondrá a su disposición en la cárcel del lugar y el director informará de ello inmediatamente por el medio de comunicación más ágil, y en todo caso por escrito, al funcionario judicial competente, en la primera hora hábil siguiente.
