Período de transición. Las entidades que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia el presente decreto se encuentren autorizadas para afiliar colectivamente a trabajadores independientes, tendrán un plazo de cuatro (4) meses para que se adecuen a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
