Articulo 72. De la inhabilidad durante la licencia. Durante la licencia el funcionario no podrá ocupar otros cargos dentro de la administración pública, ni contratar con entidades oficiales la prestación de servicios profesionales, ni intervenir en actividades partidistas. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo se considerará, como falta grave.
