º. Se entiende caducado el derecho al cuarto auxilio si se hubiere obtenido o demandado el reconocimiento de la pensión vitalicia, y viceversa. Si una vez obtenida la pensión vitalicia se demandare el valor del cuarto auxilio, para que prospere la demanda judicial o administrativa que a éste se refiera, deberá reintegrarse en la Habilitación de la Policía Nacional el valor total de las cantidades recibidas por razón de la pensión devengada hasta el día en que se hace la solicitud.
